Thanks for stopping by!
This life truly is one giant collection of journeys and stories.
I am a storyteller both by nature and profession, with a heart for all that is good, true, and beautiful. Storytelling is is an art that captures my attention in all forms of creativity, be it through writing, reading, painting, or music-making. By day, I have the privilege of telling stories of hope for the future of the Church, collaborating with men and women who lead by holiness and humility. In the evenings, I listen to stories and create new ones in a community of faithful friends who love with the heart of Christ.
As a trained catechist with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, I find that the child’s voice is the most powerful voice for good. That’s where the “joyful journey” begins – every week in the atrium with 3-6 year old children, learning about who God is and how much He loves us.
I love adventuring and hiking in the great outdoors. My favorite place in the whole world is on a special little hilltop overlooking the Sea of Galilee. I’ve traveled throughout Europe and Israel and learned to journey my own Emmaus with the Lord and faithful friends, our “hearts burning within us.”
This blog is a collection of stories – sharing joys, challenges, healing and hope as God inspires and as time allows.
And it is a journey of friendship, fortified by a decade-long sisterhood that speaks truth, goodness, and beauty to my own heart and calls me to a life of healing in the Lord.
Come, and join us on this journey!
